ECOSYNERGIE SGB * (without emptying – without malodours)
DEFINITION:
The grease separator is an apparatus, which is meant to retain solid materials, grease, oil, starch, which are contained in domestic water.
Regarding small collectivities and professional installations (factories, schools, restaurants, hotels, butcheries, caterers, housing estates…etc), the obligation to use these separators is imposed by the departmental sanitary regulation and public health code.
ECOSYNERGIE PRINCIPLE:
The oxygenation through micro-diffusion conserves the principle of physical fluid separation (floatability, decanting). The organic materials (greases, starches…) remain at our specialised micro-organisms’ disposal as long it is necessary for their degradation and the colloids are caught by the bio-flock. The distribution of the bacteria is assured by our automatic EFA* apparatus or manually. The emptying and the malodours are eliminated.
